So sorry. Loved your interviews with Jerm.

Regrettable, but not surprised. Your conversations will be missed.

Common sense, shrew-sense, will not be tolerated!

I subscribed for a good while until I got into research mode with regard to who / what is responsible for all this orchestrated shtie that's been going on in the world; now I (I think I) know I might return.

TNT is going the same way as GB news. Wht do they want only British news when it is an Ozzie station. Lost interest in TNT. The mealy mouths will stay and the true back bone of presenters will be got rid of.

Headline reads like an obit ... Necessary?

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

My headline? "TNT Jerm No Longer"? It IS a obit, Jerm is no longer on TNT...what do you mean "necessary?" ??

Fakeologist's avatar

I thought it was dramatic clickbait, but it worked. I was worried for his health.

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

Ah...sorry about that...I thought saying TNT JERM would imply it was his show, not him...the show is no longer. The circle with the line through it is a universal symbol for "cancel"...if Jeremy had succumbed to some horrible demise, I most assuredly would not have used the cancel symbol over his face...

As for "clickbait"...well, you are already here...and the email I send you has the article already in it, so there is really nothing to click! 😆

Sorry though for the confusion...Jeremy is alive and well, and still in the trenches fighting the battle of ideas...

No worries maybe Jerm will have more time now to come by my show. I'm a big fan but TNT isn't podcast app friendly so I don't bother.

Jerm is my favorite on TNT- lots of changes and critical thinkers dropping off their stream since 10-7

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

Yes, once they got fancy with the video and all the film advertising, it seemed to change a bit.

You guys had great conversations. I'm certain he'll have you back on multiple times on his podcast in the future - I'll put in a good word for you, lol.

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

That's nice of you to say...thank you. I enjoyed them, I thought he had a nice rapport with one another. His regular podcast is not as informal it seems, I was on there once right at the beginning. It seems most of his shows there are very topic focused.

9/11 Revisionist's avatar

He hosts zoom meetings for his subscribers on a regular basis - A hangout where we can ask some of his guest questions and just hang out. It's a lot of fun...

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

He invited me to the last one and I couldn't make it...I will try to get to some of those...how many people are on them?

9/11 Revisionist's avatar

It's not too crazy - Usually 15 to 25 people - Nice and cozy hangout sessions.

Mike Hardwicke's avatar

Why, I ask.

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

I don't really know. Jerm has an explanation...just seems like politics...they were jerking Jerm around, telling him he had to change his format from one hour to two, and to have multiple interviewees per two hours and to start at midnight his time...crap like that. Apparently they don't run things over there very well. I thought they got a little funky once they went video...

Mike Hardwicke's avatar

Ah well - no harm done I guess :-/

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

Well, if what some other people have said here, about getting rid of TNT people who oppose Israel's attack on Palestine, it is more serious than it seems.

On a different topic, what I am hearing about substack and their antics is pretty disturbing as well. Times are a changin'

Janie K's avatar

Their news slots are definitely slanted reporting only one side

Janie K's avatar

Seems to me it’s the opposite they seem to have gotten rid of pro Israel ppl -

9/11 Revisionist's avatar

The company is having cash flow problems after one of the owners pulled out.

Purely speculation - It seems all the hosts that seemed to be indifferent to Israel, or were accused of being anti-Israel, are the first ones to go / or be forced to leave...

They've lost me as a listener.

Mike Hardwicke's avatar

Oh - Khazarian too eh? Then I'm off too.

Suzanne's avatar

They got rid of Katie Hopkins-she was pro Israel which I was shocked to hear!!

Mike Hardwicke's avatar

Surprises me too.

9/11 Revisionist's avatar

Isn't Katie Hopkins Jewish? So she'll be pro-Israel no matter what.

Mike Hardwicke's avatar

Not at all. Plenty of Jews are anti Israel / Zionism.

Suzanne's avatar

No she just has a big nose-she says so herself.

Suzanne's avatar

If she was Jewish they would protect her instead of getting rid of her and they I mean the establishment!

9/11 Revisionist's avatar

I was just assuming - Maybe some Jewish blood if you delve into the family tree.

Still love her commentary, even if she's wrong on Israel.

Suzanne's avatar

Yes I listen to her on Youtube. She has her moments. 😁

Janie K's avatar

Seems now Steve Malzburg is also gone

Todd Hayen, PhD, RP's avatar

I've heard stuff like that as well...one thing they told Jerm he had to do was discuss British politics at some point on every show...??? That seems weird. Jeremy is very cool...he looks at all sides to every topic...I love that about him.

Having broadcasters from all corners of the globe and listening about their own countries was one of the strengths of the show IMHO
