I love your website Todd! Mysteriously appealing. Some of the merchandise is cool. I wish you all the best promoting your books and your website. I certainly try to never miss a substack post and I agree with you at least 99% of the time, or more. The merchandise are fun things to share with like-minded folks or maybe those sitting on the fence.
I have to ask: what does your family think of your new site? Not that it should matter but as you become more of a household name, they won't be able to avoid the reality. :)
One sister, who is a frequent visitor here and is my only family supporter (she proofs all articles) loves it all. No one else even knows about it. My wife knows only because she has had to put up with my obsession with getting it set up, but she refuses to look at it, and certainly would not approve of it. Which is difficult for me, because I am very proud of all that I do that is shrew focused...and this website took a lot of work.
If you do try to buy something...my apologies for the shipping prices. I just about went insane trying to set up that store...I could not believe the shipping costs for even the simplest item. It is utterly insane...the world truly is melting down...to buy a key ring for $6 and pay $12 to ship it is nuts.
Still, you can't get shrew "stuff" anywhere else, so maybe to some it will be worth $35 for a t-shirt with a shrew on it!! I hope so. I make nothing on the sales, and set it up to assure I at least break even...and sometimes I am certain I will not.
The best deal there is the ebook. Tell all your friends to buy the ebook from my site, it is a few bucks cheaper than Amazon...and you get both the ePub file AND a PDF...so it is well worth the $5.60 USD.
Thanks again for checking it out...and thanks for the support...your 99% agreement is actually better than my own! I agree with about 90% of what I write (well, at the moment I write it, it is closer to 100%)...and if I wait a few months, that drops down to 80%!! HA

Wow, just paused to consider my aversion to adding something new / additional to my online reading list. Nothing personal, your insights and musings are always appreciated and certainly worth the read, and I would remain a paid Substack subscriber if you continue posting here.
