I don't believe for a second that the system will merely 'crash'. Rather, it will be 'made to crash' when the timing is right. But, the so-called crash will be totally phony, i.e. more sleight of hand; a means to convince us to switch over to a fully digital financial system. I believe this because "they" that are pulling the strings would not benefit from an actual crash. They need the status quo as much as possible to maintain control. Much in the way the media controls the narrative, the 'perception' of a crash is all they need. It's all smoke, mirrors and more fear-mongering. At least, that's how I see it.
Peter Zeihan documents this fragility well in "The End of the World is Just the Beginning: Mapping the Collapse of Civilization," 2022. Highly recommended; it jibes well with things I learned working for one of the world's largest global ports operators. You don't have to agree with everything Zeihan says to get his larger point: The grand-historical pinnacle of global trade is emphatically over. We have grown, in just a generation or two, to take its fruits for granted. In its rapid collapse, some people and regions will suffer unspeakable reversals. Others will only suffer only significantly.
But the much weightier point missed by most in all this is that such prosperity was never a right, nor even a fruit of man's independent cleverness, but a gracious and entirely unmerited gift from God--a gift which we are responsible for recognizing as such here just past the summit of two millennia of Christendom's order (universities, law systems, etc). (See Romans 1:16-31, e.g.; everyone who has ever lived is responsible for suppressing the truth.)
To the degree that a civilization (or individual) does not thank Him with worship, they are due His righteous wrath. YHWH's words to the Israelites applied to them, but they pertain, in generalized form, to everyone, especially to those civilizations which have long had the light of the Christian gospel and its Scriptures and have elected to marginalize if not entirely spurn them. E.g., see Deuteronomy 8 -
"16 In the wilderness He fed you manna which your fathers did not know, that He might humble you and that He might test you, to do good for you in the end. 17 Otherwise, you may say in your heart, ‘My power and the strength of my hand made me this wealth.’ 18 But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. 19 It shall come about if you ever forget the LORD your God and go after other gods and serve them and worship them, I testify against you today that you will surely perish. 20 Like the nations that the LORD makes to perish before you, so you shall perish; because you would not listen to the voice of the LORD your God."
Yes, they believe that. That's why they're sheep. I wouldn't give it too much thought, though. They'd die in less than a week from starvation without being hauled away, so such a scenario is only plausible if sadism trumps the cost savings.
Equating those murdered in WWII with idiots today who follow blindly is a rather (wildly) simplified equivalence, and that 75 years is off by about 10.
Another thing…they want us to think that anger is good for us. 5 years ago we were told anger would shorten our lives. By making anger a component of success, they encourage the “me vs you” mentality and the continuation of societal separation. Which is the basis of the plan.
Maybe they should look at their mortgage and rent instead and ask why so high?
The gas and food hikes are a result of speculation, cheap money during covid lent to "investors" pumped up prices.
The system is resilient, as you stated. The only issue is the parasitic finance capitalism that sits and collects "rent" aka returns. Rentier capitalism is a form of feudalism, where mere ownership makes money. Nothing was produced, so they basically took a cut from productive labor and then passed the cost onto the customers.
Perhaps without these middlemen and investors, business would actually be more efficient.
Instead of laying off workers or cutting their benefits and pay, they should be "laying off" those who collect returns... 😂
Waiting for the other shoe to drop? Yes. Yes, I am. And it’s hard to wait and see and not just go down to the cemetery and sit on my husband’s grave, to be honest.
I know what you mean. Are we crazy knowing it’s coming? (But what if it doesn’t…)

"do people really think"?
It seems to me they don't think. The non-shrews who occasionally do think about it think it's been this way their whole lives, so it just is and always will be. They are truly that simple.
Re something really bad being necessary reminds me of my uncomfortable view on the jabs. If they truly were safe and effective we would be in a far worse place. It follows we need MORE damage. I'm not in favor of taking them off the market. The few still getting jabbed are the truest minions of our worst enemies. So it's best they keep on jabbing and adverse events continue, the worse they are the better. The innocent kids who get jabbed are very sad.
I'm not too hopeful though. While they're bad, they aren't bad enough. Look at pro sports. There is one tennis player who had to quit from jab effects. There's Damar Hamlin, whose episode is widely denied as a jab AE. Until pro athletes and members of congress younger than Feinstein start dropping in large numbers, it won't be enough. A bunch of unknown soccer players and scattered high schoolers are effectively ignored. It doesn't look like the tsunami we need will happen.
As I said in the article, I have a dark feeling about all this as well. I do not get excited as some shrews do when we have these little victories—stopping the jabs in various places, removing mask mandates, etc. The only place I feel good is when kids are spared the jabbing...like you say, they are innocent.
It does have to get worse before it gets better. I agree about the athletes...the agenda keeps covering all this up and the average person doesn't even see it happening. I am not sure if there is a better way to wake people up other than more carnage...unfortunately.
it will be interesting to see (if they release the stats) what the uptake is for this next shot... You saw Health Canada recommend if for 6 months old and up, right? And I see people on my facebook feed saying i just got my Covid and Flu shot together... one of the even said how she planned to get a bunch of work done first in case she didn't feel well after the shot!!!🤦🏻♀️ People just WILL NOT see. The folks that haven't figured it out yet are likely not going to IMHO, unless they have a few people in their lives who keep asking questions...
I sincerely hope that nothing terrible is going to happen... I was expecting a supply chain collapse last winter... maybe we have to think in terms of years rather than months.... oir maybe it's going to increase exponentially.
Of course they are saying a very tiny percentage are getting the current booster, but that is probably because the fear machine is currently turned off. I think they want to see how well trained we are and see if we comply without the fear behind it...they are getting some useful information.
No clue if things are going to get worse...certainly over time the juggernaut continues its slow advance of destruction...the greatest thing to fear now is the UN's "sustainable development 2045" nonsense. But pandemics are part of all that...so of course we will get hit with disease, vaccines, lockdowns, etc. Not sure if more will die quicker...but again, over time...and sterility will become more common...but we'll blame that on low sperm count due to climate change.
Good read, Todd. I tend to think that the system has suffered irreparable damage, however. It's just being covered up.
For example the economy. The Fed props up the money supply for banks, plays with interest rates, buys bonds, all for the purpose of making the stock market look better than what it really is. Which then draws in the average person whose money gets sucked up by major banks, hedge funds and
mutual funds in a massive wealth transfer, which eventually destroys the middle class. Meanwhile the sheep 🐑 are lead to believe they are saving for their retirement by putting the majority of their money in IRAs and 401Ks. They should be paying down their debt instead!
They juggle employment numbers to try and make it look like people are working, when all you have to do is look around and see that it's not so.
They tell us inflation isn't that bad. Really, I do the grocery shopping and haven't seen anythything going back down!
When people do retire then the medical mafia steps in and takes what little money they do have as people try to prolong their lives that have been wreaked by a lifetime of working , for mostly peanuts, and having been exposed to all sorts of hazards through out their life. Exposure to garbage diets, chemicals, GMOs, chemtrails and bio-hazards. The medical mafia offers a constant barrage of wonder drugs, almost a new one daily it seems, They are wonder drugs alright- "Makes you wonder why the previous drug didn't work and now we need another one for the same or newly invented condition."
They don't cure, they just treat!
I have been on this planet for nearly 70 years and we are no closer to curing cancer than we were 50 years ago. In fact more people are getting cancer and heart problems than ever. Could be the jab, I suppose, but I digress.
And when every thing else fails, they can always start a new war. This country seems pretty good at that.
Renee, not planning on stopping if I can help it. Have been linking articles to get the truth out @https://nothingnewunderthesun2016.com/ for nearly 8 years and have been awake for a lot longer than that, 20 years or more. Feel free to take a look. Thank you!!!
Yes, I agree. But the sheep don't think so, and when we see this is a sheep world, the paint keeps covering up the rust...when will the structure actually collapse so people are eating rats? They have been saying the economy is going to completely collapse for years now. Has it already collapsed? Is this as bad as it gets? I tend to think not!!
Thanks for your input...greatly appreciated.
Regarding cancer, a bit off topic, I have always been astounded that cancer has not been cured. When my wife was diagnosed with lung cancer (she never smoked) 20 years ago I really did a deep dive into the cancer "industry." This disease just isn't that complicated, yet it has eluded scientists, researchers, and doctors for decades. Yes, in the meantime, they tell us they can come up with a vaccine that will cure a novel virus in just 8 months? Well, of course they didn't, but still...what gives here?
Every few months I check into the cancer world to see if in 20 years they have made any inroads into curing non-small cell lung cancer...and they haven't. Not one iota. It is VERY strange to me...but if you look at it all through a different lens...the lens of the agenda, corrupt medical industry (where Fauci is a good example through the latest fiasco as well as the treatment of AIDS 40 years ago) it all makes perfect sense.
My Mom was dxd with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 1974 and went right down to a wheelchair. She was fifty-two years old, I was twelve and the youngest of her six children. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (different name back then) claimed that within five years that there would be a cure, you know, just send in a donation. I truly believed she would walk again! At age fifty-five she died, I was fifteen. Twenty-one years later, I was dxd with MS. I’m sixty-two today.
Big pharma has produced several different drugs they claim keeps MS in check with lower disabling symptoms and of course, a plethora of side affects and contradictions to boot. The societies (there are a few of them now with different names but all soak in a ton of mulla every year from donations and checks from the pharmaceutical companies) of course, they are happy to advertise the drugs in their monthly magazines they send out to people suffering with MS.
Let’s see, next year it will be fifty years since the onset of my Mom’s diagnosis and twenty-five years since my own and “they” are no closer to finding a CURE for MS because “they” don’t even understanding WHAT CAUSES MS! Go figure.
Over seven years ago, I quit taking the dozens of medications I was prescribed for years and fired my doctors. Though I still struggle with constant pain and disabilities, my life has improved significantly because I’ve placed my faith and trust where my Mom wanted it and where it should have been all along, in Christ! 🙏🏻
God bless you and all of your loved ones as you continue to inform and inspire us to think critically about all things!
Thank you for sharing your love for Jesus with me! It makes my heart happy knowing that you have sought Him out and I trust you will continue to seek Him in all things, big and small! His testimony is there for all to read to gain wisdom and understanding and ultimately, He provides us with the true meaning of our lives and what it means to love.
Corinthians 1:13
Also, it’s not important to call yourself a Christian. I just say I claim Christ! So many television evangelists claimed and destroyed the Christian moniker for us when we saw and continue to see them in the headline news being jailed for embezzlement or worse! I like to say that I work with Him in the hospitality business as a piscator. 😁
And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Keep your fishing pole handy, my friend! You touch a lot more lives and catch a lot more eyes than you realize! 🤗
Thank you for the blessing! I tell everyone who wants to get me a gift for birthday’s or holiday’s that the best gift they can give to me is to pray for me. For sure, you and your loved ones will be added to my prayers! 🙏🏻
I agree with you, but I've got to admit, I have been disappointed in all the "natural" cures...I have a lot to say about all this as Janice (my first wife that died from cancer) tried just about everything out there...more to say, but will refrain. I still have faith, but I just wish I hear more success stories.

I too have had some cancer issues and I have also read that there is probably a cure for most cancers but if they actually cured people instead of just treating them, then how would the medical industry make money? Probably just a conspiracy theory, though, right? Something to do with Rockefeller and Carnegie backing the Flexner report in 1910 to get rid of homeopathic medicine and creating modern medicine as we know it today and also creating an outlet for by-products of Rockefeller's oil industry ( pharmaceuticals ).
Hmm, that's interesting as well!!! 110 years ago and no cures to speak of yet, But lots and lots of treatments.
Also it was around this same time frame that a group of bankers got together at Jekyll Island in Georgia and created the Federal Reserve.
So here we have some of the roots of why things are like they are today. In a few short years the first world war happened.. As they say, nothing is a coincidence.
You pretty much summed it all up here! That's how it all went down for sure. I think we have been brainwashed to believe that most illnesses, and of course particularly cancer, are incurable, yet treatable.
Take diabetes...same deal. Hundreds of thousands of dollars through a lifetime treating diabetes, but nothing that actually cures it. We, as a mass of useless eaters, actually believe the body is simply too complex to FIX, yet not at all complex enough to TREAT...that seems rather odd when you think about it. If they can figure out the complex mechanism of diabetes, or cancer, well enough to effectively treat it, why can't they figure it out enough to cure it?
Of course both of these diseases will eventually take you down...but you'll live long enough that you will be a profit machine for a few years at least.
Your opening paragraph in this essay brought me back to 1984 - not joking.
The horrific film "Threads". Detailing precisely how the threads of society would fall apart in a nuclear war.
I watched it then and had to re-watch just now - strong stomach required.
It should be prescribed viewing in schools; instead of being taught how to calculate bloody compound interest! I'll never forget wondering why do I need to learn this shit - 'cos I'm going to be a debt slave for the rest of my days?
Oh, I don't believe total annihilation will happen, the powers that shouldn't be want this world intact.
We create a grassroots alternative that will attract "we the people" so much that the existing structures will collapse.
Hey man, thanks. I have not heard of that movie and will now be sure to watch it, it sounds about right...
I have thought the same, that the powers would not want a radiated world to contend with. But if the "powers" we are talking about is the devil, literally, then that is exactly what he would want. So I am not quite so sure it won't happen.
How close we came to completely unraveling...how close we remain...
I happened to drive along Highway 401, between Montreal and Toronto, during the curfew imposed on Quebec, early 2021.
Until well into Ontario the traffic consisted almost entirely of transport trucks -- I remember telling myself I could count the number of cars I'd seen on one hand.
It was never clearer to me than then when I saw that a thin band of flimsy aluminum, rubber and canvas was all that was holding "the good life" together -- that and a spirit of grit and determination!
In the end, that Spirit is all we have.
When you see what's happening, that civilians are now THE target of war -- weren't they always?
Does war really have an etiquette?
I thought war was the absence of rules.
The terror you see reported in Israel and Gaza?
It's just the beginning.
This time 'round, 10,000 casualties will be considered "a minor atrocity," once we begin counting in millions, and adding up the billions.
A holocaust and accompanying horrors, like never before seen, conceived or imagined, is under way, and has been since before the suffocation and lockdown.
I think, in the end, literally, "not one stone will remain upon another," anywhere on earth.
I think We, any one and all of us, this time 'round, will soon find ourselves among those daily increasing, astronomical, anonymous numbers, eventually being, just like before, plowed by bulldozers into open pits.
I too am disappointed with sheep acceptance leading us all towards global tyrannical slavery. I'm clinging to my Bible and my guns, actively seeking out other dissidents' voices. I read where a minority of us shrews and dissidents, in time can be effective against tyranny, but as I'm writing this it really does seem more likely catastrophe is inevitable.
I'm observing the typical response to post-hypnotic suggestion in the True Believers of the approved narrative, which according to Dr Dabney Ewin, has three essential traits: 1. Compulsion to respond, 2. Amnesia for the source of the suggestion, and 3. Rationalization of the response. When applied to the mask-wearing, blind as bats, compliant and moronic population, we discern that the programming (essentially through the gate of fear) has been classical, complete, and is essentially unbreakable. They are hypnotized.
As a student and practitioner of therapeutic hypnosis, I certainly agree with what you have stated here...a suggestion has been made, and unconsciously many people are still following it even though consciously there is no rationale for it. All "they" have to do is say "mask" and it will trigger the hypnotic suggestion, and the masks will go back on with no thought as to "why."
Sheep reasons indeed. A friend has "covid" and is vaxxed. I was tempted to say "so I guess the vaccines don't work" but I declined because I know she would reason that it would have been worse without the poison death jab.
Some economists believe that the only cause of inflation is printing money. It debases the value of all fiat currencies. The global economy has been flooded with trillions of Monopoly money for years.
The world feels more and more like a Potemkin village. The facade of lies will fall eventually. Even then, the sheep will believe the official narrative because they are too lazy to think independently.
I think ultimately that is the base problem, that the masses (sheep, if you will) do not think on their own. They believe they do (the ones who bother to defend themselves) but they don't seem to realize that all information is acquired, very little of it these days is empirical. And as such, we have to be very careful of the integrity of its source. I have this argument all of the time with people, "where did you get that information?" "From NPR, The Washington Post, The New York Times!!" and I say, "those sources are not reliable." They then roll their eyes like I am crazy.
That is only part of it of course, because even if you get your information from legacy media, you can still run it through a "common sense filter"...if you have gathered information from any other sources (such as books! imagine THAT!!) you can see how something like a "sneak attack" from Gaza, that the most sophisticated intelligence service (Mossad) in the world was unaware of, throws up a red flag. I am not saying here that that "fact" is "impossible". (that Mossad was surprised)..I am just saying it should send up a red flag, a head scratching, a "I'm not sure of this" and then a search for more information. Sheep don't do that. "Whatever THAT guy said, I am going with." That is so dangerous...as we all know.
I like the Columbo method. The person who makes the assertion bears the burden of proof. So when a sheep makes an idiotic statement, we should immediately ask:
What do you mean by that?
How did you come to that conclusion, OR, Why do you think that?
We need to remember to ask them questions to expose their errors instead of making declarative statements about why they are wrong.
A major quake. A shift in the rotation of the earth. An atomic bomb. An explosion. A hurricane. A tornado. A Tsunami.
Something big happened today.
Am I the only one on earth that felt it?
How could it be that I can still hear cars zooming past my street. A dog barking. A child talking with their father?
Something big happened today.
Am I the only one who knows this?
The television is still working. The radio still turned on. The lights haven’t gone out in the house. No one is running for cover or grabbing their life vests. Launching the dingy. Searching for shelter. Calling in the military.
Something big happened today.
Should I warn other people?
A shift. A turning point. A dislocation. A pivot. What was then is no longer now. The view from my window is the same yet nothing is the same.
Something big happened today.
Am I dreaming or is this real?
The mirror still reflects my image. My eyes look upon the same room. My ears still hear the sounds throughout the house. I can smell the coffee brewing in the kitchen.
Something big happened today.
Will anyone see what’s happening?
A child lonely. A veteran homeless. A mother’s sorrow. A father overwhelmed. A nurse exhausted. A politician lying. A baby crying. A friend needing. A lover lost. A prisoner punished. A teacher skipping. A president tweeting.
No guarantee they will publish, but it is worth a try. I am in very tightly with these folks, and they rarely publish my work! So cross your fingers...
OMG!!!! You caught a major typo...I was NOT being clever. My usual proofreader is out of town so I didn't get this proofed...serves me right for not being patient and waiting for her return.
Thanks for pointing this out...I fixed it. Although maybe "shit brickhouse" WAS more clever! It wasn't what I had intended...thanks again for pointing this out...
I have to laugh at how relevant this is to a conversation in our home. My husband is a public middle school teacher. This week, he was covering a particular country that is home to a famous river. He was telling his students about the importance of this river to the population, and it turns out he has a student who was born in that country in his classroom. She disputed everything he said. He asked her where they got their water from. Her answer - the refrigerator.
I think your story illustrates one of the biggest obvious problems in our culture...the dumbing down of our youth. I am reminded of those roaming reporters you see on YouTube who question young people in the street, asking questions like, "who is the current president of the United States?"....and they can't answer correctly.
I've always taken these things with a grain of salt...figuring it had to be a small percentage of people so stupid. But I wonder.
My spouse is an engaged teacher who believes in history and wants to teach his students. It was an uphill battle before COVID. Now, it is a daily struggle, exemplified by that story. My kids, in high school, have, in a good year, 50% good teachers who are teaching critical thinking with quality instruction. They are critical thinkers, at least. Small victory, after this week's refrigerator episode, my husband conceded that I was right and we should have stuck to homeschooling (which we did during our kids middle school years, God's timing that began the semester before COVID). I applaud the teachers teaching critical thinking who stick with our broken system. Pray for them. They have an incredibly challenging job and they are successful even if they only reach a small portion of their students.
I cannot imagine being a teacher during this time. I have a few "critical thinker" teachers as clients, and the stories they tell me make me shudder. Yes, pray for them...
I don't believe for a second that the system will merely 'crash'. Rather, it will be 'made to crash' when the timing is right. But, the so-called crash will be totally phony, i.e. more sleight of hand; a means to convince us to switch over to a fully digital financial system.
Sorry about being so pessimistic, but indeed I think we have all suffered irreparable damage. Linking as usual @https://nothingnewunderthesun2016.com/
You aren’t pessimistic. You are telling the Truth. Don’t stop! I’ve been awake for a bit. The time to be asleep is OVER!
I get it Todd!!! 👍😳
Ya know, I gotta say, I love Jesus more and more everyday, and I am not really even a Christian! God bless you...!!!
Re cancer...
They couldn't cure it because they already found a profitable way of selling expensive yet ineffective and toxic chemo.
Here's a drug that has had success with cancer.
https://fenbendazole.substack.com/p/fenbendazole-questions-answered-things
I agree with you, but I've got to admit, I have been disappointed in all the "natural" cures...I have a lot to say about all this as Janice (my first wife that died from cancer) tried just about everything out there...more to say, but will refrain. I still have faith, but I just wish I hear more success stories.
Check that one out and ivermectin also has some interesting similar effects.
Pharma has been held back, they already developed great drugs in the past, but the application is not happening.
Check out this forum if you wanna dig into things. I'm not saying it's all legit but there's a few there that really do their homework, like Haidut.

Also in 1913 John Rockefeller Jr. provided the initial funds for the organization, which was named the American Society for the Control of Cancer. Now called the American Cancer Society (https://www.philanthropyroundtable.org/almanac/american-cancer-society/ ).
Dear Todd,
Your opening paragraph in this essay brought me back to 1984 - not joking.
Wonderful writing as always, thank you.
Regards,
Owen.
I hear you. I know it's a spiritual war.
Much appreciate your wisdom. We'll keep fighting for good.
Blessings.
As dismal as it sounds, I am afraid you are probably correct...at least in very likely potential. May God have mercy on us all.
Good will eventually prevail, as long as we stand firm with our convictions regarding truth, values, and freedom.
We need to remember to ask them questions to expose their errors instead of making declarative statements about why they are wrong.
yes, excellent point...
Excellent point!
I agree with your premise!
From my Substack titled:
- Something Big Happening Today -
Something big happened today!
Did you feel it?
A major quake. A shift in the rotation of the earth. An atomic bomb. An explosion. A hurricane. A tornado. A Tsunami.
Something big happened today.
Am I the only one on earth that felt it?
How could it be that I can still hear cars zooming past my street. A dog barking. A child talking with their father?
Something big happened today.
Am I the only one who knows this?
The television is still working. The radio still turned on. The lights haven’t gone out in the house. No one is running for cover or grabbing their life vests. Launching the dingy. Searching for shelter. Calling in the military.
Something big happened today.
Should I warn other people?
A shift. A turning point. A dislocation. A pivot. What was then is no longer now. The view from my window is the same yet nothing is the same.
Something big happened today.
Am I dreaming or is this real?
The mirror still reflects my image. My eyes look upon the same room. My ears still hear the sounds throughout the house. I can smell the coffee brewing in the kitchen.
Something big happened today.
Will anyone see what’s happening?
A child lonely. A veteran homeless. A mother’s sorrow. A father overwhelmed. A nurse exhausted. A politician lying. A baby crying. A friend needing. A lover lost. A prisoner punished. A teacher skipping. A president tweeting.
Something big happened today.
Who will even care?
A story told. A heart broken. A chapter closed.
Something big happened today.
And no one even noticed.
You got it!! You should send this in to Druthers newspaper, they may publish it... https://druthers.net/submit/
Done! ✅ 👍😁
No guarantee they will publish, but it is worth a try. I am in very tightly with these folks, and they rarely publish my work! So cross your fingers...
FYI Todd -
Thank you very much for your submission.
If/when we publish it, we will let you know by email.
Have a great rest of your Sunday.

S/B "brick shithouse".
Sorry, I am not up on these things, what is S/B...??
Should be...
I always heard this as "built like a brick shithouse" :)
You are welcome! I think "shit brickhouse" works too LOL.
Jennifer, this is so sad really.
I saw this kind of thing in my "schooling" days but was lucky to have critically thinking teachers who made us sit up and think for ourselves.
Blessings to you and yours. Owen.
My husband and I are both educators and it is very hard these days...... I feel the pain..... love from Canada....
I cannot imagine being a teacher during this time. I have a few "critical thinker" teachers as clients, and the stories they tell me make me shudder. Yes, pray for them...
