Why Would They Do That?

One of the most common responses from the sheep world when they are presented with the dastardly deeds of the powers that be is “why would they do that?” or “they must have a good reason, we can’t know everything that goes on at that level of government,” or “the government can’t be that evil, it is paranoid to think everything they do is nefarious in some way,” or “if what you are saying is true it would be on the cover of Time magazine” (one of my favourites), or “if that is true, they couldn’t keep it a secret” (the irony of that one is it ISN’T a secret, the sheep just don’t believe it, or are too blind to know about it). As much fun as this is, I will stop. You get the picture.
