I would never advocate any sort of authority, particularly a moral authority, to force anyone to do anything.
I have written often about how it seems the world has gone off of its rocker with insane consumerism, materialism, government corruption, pornography, drugs, violence and a whole slew of other nasties, which have slowly swallowed up the culture, creating a true den of inequity. But I have never implied, or at least not consciously, that the way to solve this problem is to create harsher laws, harsher punishments for perpetrators, or more stringent censorship of salacious material and media.
